A 3 day Orientation Program was organized in Smt. Binzani Mahila Mahavidyalaya , Mahal, Nagpur on 2nd, 3rd and 4th July, 2018 under the aegis of Vidyarthini Utkarsh Mandal in ‘Abhivyakti’ hall.
After a formal welcome of newly admitted students of B.A.I year, all teaching and non teaching staff was also formally introduced, which was followed by Principal’s address.
Principal, Dr. Lata Gajbhiye , in her address oriented the students with the rules and regulations, instructions, restrictions, attendance and discipline. After that Vice-Principal, Dr.Suchita Marathe threw light on various Cells coming under IQAC. In the next session, Dr.Aparna Choudhary, the Librarian, briefed the students about importance of using library resources, internet, various apps, competitions etc. In the last session, Ms Kamini Rajendekar gave information about college magazine, ‘Deepkali’, its working committee and motivated students for creative writing.

On 3rd July, Dr.R.S.Gajghate threw light on various competitions of V.U.M and selection of committee members. In the next session, Dr.Shambharkar guided the students about University Examination pattern. After that Ms. Anjali Pajankar gave information about College Social Gathering. In the third session, Ms Kalpana Kanfade, oriented students with various scholarships and concession facilities. In the last session, Shri Amar Damle briefed the students about career oriented courses and competitive coaching classes.
On 4th July, in the first session, Ms Archana Gupta gave information about Women Development Cell, its programs and projects. It was followed by Ms. Anju Sharan’s guidance on N.S.S activities, camps and rallies. In the third session, Dr.Amruta Bhuskute demonstrated students the importance ICT Training and working of Mentoring system. In the last session, Ms Ragini Kokarde gave information about examination and enrollment forms.
The above mentioned 3 day Orientation Program for B.A.I year students ended with a formal vote of thanks. The teaching and non- teaching staff worked hard for the success of the program.
